Musical Memories is a game where you regain your memory as you play musical instruments. The art style and theme was a mid-century (1950’s-60’s) modern design.
This game had two main game modes, or mini games: Memory Matcher and Note Matcher. To let players know how they were doing in the Note Matcher mini game, a performance meter was included that would dynamically fill depending on whether or not the player missed the notes. To let players know how they were doing overall, the Motivation Meter and Memory Counter were put in the hub world to show their progress and let them know how much they have left of the game. Including the controls and/or information about the mini games before starting let the players know what game mode they were going into and prepared them for it.
